Accessibility Statement
What we build to, where we know we fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our commitment
We build websites for medical practices, whose patients include people with a wide range of disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we build rather than a feature we add, and we hold this site to the same standard.
The standard we aim for
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means:
- Semantic HTML, so screen readers can navigate by heading and landmark
- Every function reachable and operable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
- Text contrast meeting or exceeding the required ratios
- Text that reflows and remains readable when zoomed to 200%
- Form fields with correctly associated labels and errors announced to assistive technology
- Animation reduced or removed when the operating system requests it
- Content that does not depend on JavaScript to be readable
Known limitations
We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and automated tooling, but no site is perfect and automated tools catch only part of what matters. If you encounter something that does not work for you, we would genuinely like to know. It is the most useful accessibility feedback we get.
Where this site embeds a third-party scheduling tool, that tool's accessibility is outside our direct control. If you have difficulty booking through it, contact us by email or phone and we will book the appointment for you.
Reporting a problem
Email [email protected] or call (888) 554-2273. Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using if any. We aim to respond within one business day and to fix confirmed issues promptly.
Alternative ways to reach us
If any part of this website is not usable for you, everything on it is also available by email or phone. You will never need to use the website to become a client or to get an answer from us.
