What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your clinic or practice name
  • Your email address
  • Your specialty
  • The message you write

We do not collect payment details through this website. We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send, any patient information or health information through this website. If you send us information of that kind, we will delete it and ask you to resend your enquiry without it.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you have asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How we use analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. This does not use cookies to track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you as an individual. We do not run advertising or social media tracking pixels on this site.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.

Who we share information with

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and our business, hosting, email delivery and analytics. They process information only on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as we work together and for a period afterwards as required for tax and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honour those.

HIPAA

This is a marketing website and is not intended to receive protected health information. Where we work on a project that genuinely involves PHI, we enter into a Business Associate Agreement with the practice before that work begins. Nothing on this public website is covered by such an agreement.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
